As per the Bye-Laws of Association The Organization consist of  State Executives appointed by the State President (  Who is elected from the State Council ) from the State Council which in turn consists of nominated persons from District Councils by the District Executives who are appointed by the District President ( Who is elected from District Council ). District Council consists of Elected Unit Coordinators Joint Coordinators from the Members.  You can Join this online community as a member or as a non member . Please join the respective groups and when filling up the date please fill the details so that you will be given invitation to join the respective groups you belong. When people join groups and post to them, those posts will appear on this page (if the messages in those groups are visible to the public, or to whoever is logged in).
